Anonymous asked: If you were judging what would you have done in this situation? Condo bad was in our speech doc but we didn't get to it, so the neg brings up Condo good in the block. The 1AR responds with non-blocked out condo bad arguments. The 2NR drops this and the 2AR goes for theory because they are losing everything else and the judge votes on theory.
There is no good reason why the negative should ever be that stupid, but they were, and they lost fair and square. I would have voted on condo.
